Setting utilisation threshold on a sub-interface

Hi Guys,

The router gig sub-interfaces is configured with service-policy out with the
shape average of 30Mbps. Is it possible to generate an event/syslog trap
whenever the traffic crosses 80% ( 24 Mbps).
