Re: VLAN-based EoMPLS

Since PEs are connected back-to-back, I do not think any issues with LDP
here.

Also VC labels are setup properly.

On PE1:

On PE2:

You may need to enable 'deb ip icmp' and 'deb ip pack' on CEs and may get
some ideas.
