Well, so long as your wireless infrastructure is just doing L1 and L2 stuff,
then you don't need to do anything on them as they will carry v6 just as
they would v4.

I would first ensure things like

a. client operating systems - how well do they support v6?
b. Network services (apache, mail and other internal applications), are they
currently in versions that support v6? The vendors spec sheet is a good
place to start although nothing beats you own test environment.
c. The routers on your network, do they support v6 routing protocols?
