1100's have been supported since 3.1 with N support as of 5.2. Since you didn't list an exact model number, I will make a blanket statement of support.

There are no feature limitations that I'm aware of, it's the next generation of 4400 series. One downside is that you cannot run a CVD image, you're stuck running 6.0 and 7.0. Although, this is probably a blessing in disguise with the number of limitations in >4.2 (support for intermediate certs, certain N access points, RANCID issues)
