RE: NO MAIL ON Group study

I know some that have sat and passed OPS. I know of others that have sat
and failed it. I am sure there are more that I am not aware of. We are
developing content for it but for most people out there the pre-requisite
will be getting your ITIL foundations certification to be aware of the
processes and procedure guidelines associated with it.
