I took it, it has some general questions, then it presents you with 12 tickets, each one with three questions: What area the problem is located, what technology is malfunctioning and what command would you use to fix it.
U don4t actually fix anything.

Experts,
Have any of you taken the CCNP TSHOOT test? My understanding is that this
test is presented in Ticket format and I am wondering if it might be worth
it to go take that test to see how the CCIE Troubleshooting section is going
to be as far as format and expectations. I know the questions will be
harder on the CCIE but it might be good practice.
