I wouldn't say I was complaining I didn't pass. Rather trying to identify my next steps and give a second heads up (I said something similar after my first failure) on Frame Relay questions that I encountered that most vendors overlooked. I appreciate your help and assistance, I wouldn't say I ever complained, though.

I typically complain about the complainers! Geez... :)

I'm fully responsible for my failure, not Maurillo, Scott, Narbik's cat, INE, IPE or John Chambers.

Nowhere did I ever blame INE, IPE or Micronics for me not passing. I did get a PM from INE about how Frame Relay is being emphasized more in 4.0, when everyone thought it was being phased out with the introduction of MPLS. IPE and Micronics reached out as well. If anything I'm grateful for all of the senior CCIE's out in the forum that offer constructive criticism.

Back to studying,
JB

Oskar,

What makes you think that we were silent? James complained that he
didn't pass, it's not our position to publicly "rub it in", but rather
to reach out and assist him in getting ready for his next attempt and
the best way to best use the material available to him. Since he only
mentioned that he had IPexpert material, he can tell you what IPexpert
did as a response to his e-mail. He didn't use our material for his
preparation, but I hope he will for his next go - it will probably
help him a lot.

Now, I will repeat something often said... Training vendors are not
passing your lab - you are. We provide the material and we cover what
we believe is relevant to make you good engineers and experts, as well
as assist you in passing the lab. You need to use that material, you
need to read books, articles and RFCs referenced from that material if
you want to improve and be well prepared for the lab. There is no
replacement for YOUR work!
