OSPF LSA

Hello Expert,

Do anyone know how to find out the time when the OSPF LSA is first received.
I know they get refreshed 30mins once. But is there any other way to find it
out it from the OSPF database. The OSPF route is not in the routing table
since a static route is already there for the destination. I need to find
out the time when the OSPF LSA is first received for the first time.
