OT: CPU spiking up at a certain time & causing loss of service

Dear Experts,

I am facing a problem that the CPU is spiking up at a certain time of the
day and is causing loss of service. I would appreciate it if you can have a
look at it.

When looking @ the process I noticed that the IP Input is causing this
problem and is consuming most resources.What I noticed which seemed weird is
that many of the packets are being directed to the router itself.
