Just delete vlan.dat and 'reload'.
That always works for me.

Anyone has any idea how to overcome the following issue under the GNS. I
have 6-Routers, 3-BB, 4-Switches and 3 process running.

% not enough space on flash to store vlan database. trying squeeze...
squeeze of flash complete
% not enough space on flash to store vlan database even after squeeze
Error on database apply 40: NV storage failure
Use 'abort' command to exit
