Rob,

I used the 360 program from Cisco. I had 12 graded assesment lab. All
assesment labs were before my first attempt. I requested two more for my
second attempt. After the first attempt I spended lots of time on the doccd
research each topic

Troubleshooting is performing a stratagy you create for your own. The rest
comes up with technical knowledge of the topics. Different tickets requires
a different step by step troubleshooting procedure. Also a lot of hands on
experience would help you in the troubelshooting section.
