Steven,
Like Paul Negron stated you can use the "Leak-map" option, this will allow
you to advertise all or some of the specific routes with you summary. You
could also use multiple "IP Summary-address" commands as well, Eigrp and
OSPF will Both allow you to do that, RIPv2 is the ONLY one that you will
have problems with.
If you like to use the "Leak-map" option, remeber that it's NOT available to
you when you configure it on a sub-interface. But you could always run PPP
on the sub-interface, once PPP is configured the "IP summary-address" can be
configured on the "virtual-template" using the "leak-map" option.
