There is a requirement for one of our customers where the Client wants
Primary Backup Scenario on L2 Connectivity. There problem is that if we
provide e.g 10 Mbps data connectivity between 2 cities than since both the
primary and secondary circuits are 10 Mbps and both are active, the customer
can use 20 Mbps on the whole while paying only for 10 Mbps circuit. How can
I control this behaviour if both the terminating on different POPs? My
domestic connectivity will be used in this case which is quite expensive and
the overall cost goes high.
