If you completly understand the methodology of troubleshooting, for example,
if you go through any vendor (I recommend Narbik tshoot for troubleshooting,
is very well written), you can easily solve the tickets.

The vendors, they go beyond the scope and make it a little harder, for once
you face it, you wont have any issues. But something important is: The
vendors will teach you the methodology, but they wont prepare you for the
big diagram/topology, so be prepared to work under pressure and able to work
with everything on the same screen, so you will have the diagram for
reference and it will make it much easier for you to spot an issue.

A friend that recently passed his lab told me that if you can do Cisco 360
labs, you are ready for the lab, because is much easier.
