FTR, WCCPv2 supports the cache telling the router what to filter
for a given WCCP group. The standard reservres group IDs 0 - 50 for well
known assignments (i.e. static).

These are some group numbers predefined, at least in ACNS:

0: web-cache
53: DNS
60: FTP
70: HTTPS
80: RTSP
81: MMST
82: MMSU
91-97: user defined
98: custom web (other ports)
99: reverse proxy

Appart from those, 61/62 are for TCP based on source/destination IP
(hash) in WAEs.
10/11 are for all traffic (destination/source hash) but this seems to be
non standard (i.e. dynamic with a <50 ID).
I've seen 50 described as DNS too.

I thought that 61/62 was fixed for the routers... not so it seems, thus
my question was kind of senseless (only static group seems to be 0).
