As i did not appear in the exam yet, but it is my guess, we need to prevent
all loops, b/c it may cause other issues. and if they don't specify the
method of loop prevention we can use any method.
but some of the technologies that have their own problem resolving solution
we need to use that specific solution, for example. mtu issue in ospf. we
can change the mtu of interfaces and problem can be resolved, but ip ospf
mtu ignore is the right command to use, b/c the is ospf issue and need to
resolve via ospf.
