Raghav,

The reason that I suspected this could be a ProxySG installation is that
Bluecoat guys in their demos sometimes use this particular configuration.

Anyway, as far as I remember this service group arrangement works for HTTP
and streaming - bear in mind; for every single vendor (e.g. Cisco WAAS goes
for 61/62) you need to double check with them to see what their
recommendations are. Generally speaking "yes" in many installations it does
make a difference to change the position of a service number. For the
service number itself, you do have to consult with that particular vendor.
