That's a difficult question to answer because it all depends on how
the respective service groups (10 and 11) behave, the broader
topology, and so on.
Is this just a lab scenario or is it a real world thing? If it's real
world, what are service groups 10 and 11 for? What is the
accelerator/cache engine?
