Yes, you're not alone.
reading your story make me realize more that concentration is my issue. one
of the things that distracts my mind is facebook, it's like a serious
addiction to me. once i log on, i'll spend tens of minutes in it. so I just
deactivate my account (temporarily), i hope it can help me.

For you, you might try to find any way to block traffic to those websites.
