So that u dnt get used to a specific rack number as u use part of ur rack
number as part of your ip addreses. I guess its just part of good lab

In INWB-Ver5-Vol 1 I found a folder named "iewb-rs-vol1.v5.initial.configs"
contains a folders named "rsrack1, rsrack2, rsrack3. and so on", what is the
needing for these folders or racks?
As I know this module is focusing on the topics related to CCIE V4 not a
labs.
