Hi,
They assume you would be using gradedlabs so the initial configs are to match the rack you book.
If you are practising on your own pod, then it doesn't matter. Personally, I just use rack1.

In INWB-Ver5-Vol 1 I found a folder named "iewb-rs-vol1.v5.initial.configs"
contains a folders named "rsrack1, rsrack2, rsrack3. and so on", what is the
needing for these folders or racks?

As I know this module is focusing on the topics related to CCIE V4 not a
labs.
