We have a single AS and a single /16 and we advertise to multiple ISPs
via multiple routers. When (in testing) we drop one of the carriers, it
normally takes 90-120 seconds to get full reachibility back. We only use
the portion of traffic that was routing to us via that particular ISP
that we have torn down. When we get the ISP back, there is no downtime.
