Hi all,

I hope everyone is doing well.

Legend:
CUPS 7.0.0
CUCM7.1.3
Windows 2003 Server, SP2
Exchange 2003 server

CUPS and CUCM is already integrated, and all functions are working well. The
problem I have is with Outlook Calendar integration.

Troubleshooting steps:
1) Exchange configured for SSL, this is working fine as I can access
https://10.0.0.50/exchange and log-in with my user/password.
2) User configured and View Only Administrator rights delegated to ccm user,
as well receive-only on all mail storage.

This was verified by: https://10.0.0.50/exchange/<other_user>/calendar/
Logged in as user <ccm>, and could see this other_user's calendar meetings.

3) Correct CA certificate loaded onto CUPS type Presence-Engine-trust.
4) Users have Enabled, Show calendar information, on Presence User Options
page.
5) Outlook Gateway created, all information is entered here correctly, as
I've done following test:

From the IP Phone, log-in to IP Phone Messenger Service, this is succesfull.
Then click 1 - Today's Meetings, and it shows all meetings for the user.
I guess this tests demostrates that integration should be working fine.

6) I have NOT changed default Exchange Notofication Port, it's still 50020

The problem:
CUPS does not show the status "Busy" when I have a meeting.

Have I missed out something? Any ideas?
