A confused problem of link backup

             Hello, everyone, I'm a new guy to "groupstudy" with a very
confused problem, hopes any enthusiasts could give me a best solutionso<now
here is ito<
      We have a router with two interface (1,2) , interface 1 has access with
ISP bAb use IP:1.1.1.1; ISP A also gives us some Internet address like:
2.2.2.0/24, these Internet addres is used for corporation users which has
VPN's requirement, means they can't not be change frequently. There is also 300
personal user use private address and PPPoE to get on the internet.
           Now we want to use ISP B and interface 2 to give our network a
backup,
interface 2 use IP:3.3.3.3, there is also some Internet address
like:4.4.4.0/24.
          How could I config the router to meet our goal.Private user is easy
to adapt the change through PBR, but what about the corporation users, ####Can
they cut-over to ISP B with ISP A's Internet address??????
          I am a Chinese man, so english is not very good, but I hope there is
some guy could give me the most nearest perfect solution.Thanks a lot!
