I'm pretty sure this is not possible. Once you're on the AnyConnect client,
future upgrades do not require admin privileges, if that helps for the
future.

However i am curious to know is there a way in ASA to configure one Webvpn
client 1.1.0.154 version for WinXP users

& Any Connect client for Windows 7 users ..so when the users type https://
XXXX.GOV.XX the users as per their

OS should get forwarded to the VPN client version.

I don't think this is possible. If it's a Windows domain, I would recommend a
GPO to push out the AnyConnect msi rather than a temporary workaround.
