I forgot to tell you the biggest reason which would be SUPPORT. There is
Cisco TAC and "not exactly". Comcast is getting fed up with the extra delay
in getting problems resolved. They thought Cisco could not get things fixed
quickly enough. That is, until they bought the Juniper products.Juniper
firewalls are doing quite well though...just to be fair.
