Hi,
Can anyone help me to solve following scenario?
+----R3----------R5--Green2
| | |
| | |
| | |
Green1 --R2----R1----------R4
R1,R2,R3 - AS100
R2 has VPN-Green-Site1
R1, R3 are ASBR
R5 - AS500
R5 has VPN-Green Site-2
R4 - AS400
iBGP - Full mesh in AS100
eBGP in R1-R4 & R3-R5, R4-R5
MPiBGP - R3 is RR for AS100
MP-eBGP - R3-R5
I am using multi-hop eBGP peering, with send-label
All ipv4 EBGP peering do send-label
Now in R2
Site-Green2 next-hop is R5
But traffic from R2 to R5 should flow through R1-R4-R5.
Will this work, if I influence AS-prepending for R5 loopback, in R5-R3
ipv4-EBGP peering towards outside?
Because after I do this, if I look at the VPNv4 prefix of Green2 at R2, it
shows the next hop as R3
And if I look at IPv4 lookup for R5 loopback, next-hop is R4.
But traffic doesn't pass through!!
