That was three years ago, so my memory may be hazy, but I don't
remember the proctors in Brussels saying "don't try to connect to the
backbone routers" during any of my attempts.
Besides, they're smart enough to configure a strong password!
I assume this a myth like "proctors change your configurations during
lunch if you don't wear clean underwear".
