Yes ,
It is possible between two APs which is called as "make before break" .This
is part of .11
but raoming between AP and LWAPP is not supported because their is no
mobility tunnel between the Wireless LAN Controller and the autonomous APs.
If you need to acheive it make your all APs to LWAPP(Which wil require extra
controller If you dont have) or move LWAP to AP (more administration
require and panic in large env)
