To all those smarter than me...I need some ideas here!
I have four switches in a full mesh with default port priority and cost.
Sw1 and sw3 are in REGION-1 and Sw2 and Sw4 are in REGION-2. Region-1 mst
has vlands 0,12,and 16 mapped to instance 1 and vlans 20,30,35 and 40 to
instace 2. Region-2 has the vlans mapped to the opposite instance.
Sw 3 is configured for the MST root for mst0, 1, and 2.
Sw2 and 4 show that sw3 is the root for all three instances.
Sw1 on the other hand has itself as the root for instance 1 and 2, BUT Sw3
as the root for instance 0. At the bottom are the debugs that show sw3
sending mst bpdus for mst 0,1 and 2 BUT sw 1 only receiving the mst 0 bpdus.

* The problem child is sw1.*
Notice that I even tried bumping up the priority for all three instances to
see if I could push sw into relinquishing the root status for instance 1 and
2. The odd thing is that for instance 0 sw1 is using sw3 as the root, but
not for instance 1 or 2. So I moved on to some debugging.

*So I did a debug on fa0/19 on both Sw1 and Sw3. On Sw3 I see the mst bpdu
for instance 0,1,and 2 advertised. On Sw1 I only see bpdu's for MST0. Any
ideas?*
