interesting issue i ran into today with 2 refurb phones i was installing,
onder if anyone else has seen it...
used the barcode, sticker to add the mac to the CCM and phone wasnt
egistering, so looked at sticker, scrolled down and looked at mac on phone
isplay same...
show cdp neighbors, different mac, and show mac-address-table yep different,
o change CCM to that mac and bingo phone is up and running...
2 phones this way...
so the phone is running but has me nervous on what else is in store on these
wo phones...
i guess the switch hardware and the firmware programming just got mixed up
uring the refurb...
anyone else have this happen??? or just lucky me???
later
