Recoviring 7206VXR to boot image or IOS image from the ROMMON

Hi Experts,

I have a customer erased the IOS and the boot image from a 7206VXR, and I
am trying to get this router back to boot image/IOS image, so I take the CF
and insert it on a card reader and copy an IOS to the CF then take the CF
back to the router, but still the router can't see this as a load the image,
even I tried several images, can anybody help me in recovering it from
ROMMON t to boot image or to the IOS and I am ready to pay for this task.
