OT: Haiti BB for NonProfit

Hi guys,

I know this is a off topic but I just wanted to put this out there on
behalf of a really worthwhile charity that is building houses in
Haiti.

I haven't been on site but from what I gather thay are working from
Edge connections with poor and unreliable coverage - its hard for me
to get a picture of the current setup as there is no technical
contact.

Does anyone have any experience with the infrastructure there?

We have some SIP phones that we would like to put onsite and use
(although maybe unreliable).

Any feedback/suggestions appreciated!
