Add-route on a NAT pool will add the NAT pool as a static route to the RIB
extended allows for two way translation.

What have the results from your lab testing shown when you add commands to
the end of your NAT statements?

There are usually explanations of the commands and their uses in the command
guide here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/ipaddr/command/reference/iad_nat.html#wp

More information on the overall subject, use and configuration of the topic
can be found in the configuration guide here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/ipaddr/configuration/guide/iadnat_addr_c
onsv_ps6350_TSD_Products_Configuration_Guide_Chapter.html

There are also some good training materials developed by vendors that cover
the majority of topics for the CCIE Lab here:

www.ipexpert.com
