Use TFTP from rom-mon to put a new IOS on there.

Subject: AS2511-RJ stuck in rommon
I was trying to do an ios upgrade on an older AS2511-RJ. Apparently the
ios version that I loaded is to big for this router to boot, it sees the
image and tries to load it, but then says insufficient memory and
reboots. I need to put the old ios image back on it but can't figure out
how to do this. If I send it a break during the reboot, I get the
following menu and I am not sure what to do from there. Does anyone have
any insight on how to do this?
SYSTEM INIT: INSUFFICIENT MEMORY TO BOOT THE IMAGE!
