I think your router may be correct :}

fec0::43:0/125 is also fec0::0043:0000/125, right? So the fec0::
represents 96 bits (128-32). Counting just the double hex zeros before the
four gets you to 96 + 8 = 104 bits. Your /98 summary captures just the
first two zero bits of ::0000 0000 0100 0011:0000 0000 0000 0000

Looks to me like your summary should be /107. Check out the last 32 bits of
each:

first 96 bits::0000 0000 0100 0011:0000 0000 0000 0000
first 96 bits::0000 0000 0101 0011:0000 0000 0000 0000
