Your DSCP values will be mapped to CoS values based on the dscp-cos map.
Here is the default dscp-cos map on a current 3560:

Note that is simply divides the dscp value by 8 throws away the remainder.
So dscp 10 would map to cos 01 and dscp 40 would map to 05.
