Neighbor X.X.X.X not on common subnet for FastEthernet0/0

Hi

What is the best approach to find place where is a problem with "Neighbor
X.X.X.X not on common subnet for FastEthernet0/0" in EIGRP.
My solution is that, check:
-topology
-interface subnets
-vlans on trunks
it works but in large topology it takes a lot of time.
Maybe someone know what is the best troubleshooting method for this.
