General MPLS Question's

Hi All

I am posting question's due to a research I am doing on MPLS networks
and Reordering.
I would appreciate answers from real life expireanced and not
assumption on what should be

1) What are the known normal (most common, if there is such thing)
reordering percent in today SP's?
2) What was the highest reordering percent you encountered (on a
working MPLS network ) and how common is that number?
3) Is there geographic dependency to MPLS and reordering Networks (eg.
in Africa due to high usage in sat links...) where and what is the
average percent?
4) Are there any known SP's that have higher average of reordering in
there MPLS network then other (like blacklist in that issue)?
