No clue on that one. Could be high CPU on the PC not being able to give CPU
time to the process. Keepalive is 10 seconds by default, what happens if you
disable keepalives on both ends. Do you have 2 routers with a 3rd acting as
a frame switch. Could be any of the three checking out for too long.
