Nortel phones use UNISTIM (not sip) which doesn't work with anything else by design;

Why go through this trouble; you're better off getting a box of old 7960G's on ebay.

Are they IP Phones?

If so it should be possible to add them as SIP phones to the call manger .
Here SIP will be the protocol between call manager and IP Phones.
