basic switching problem

Hi,

reference to the below diagram SW1 and SW4 are unable to communicate, when I
use SVI on SW4 for testing purpose its works, any idea???

SW1
   | F0/0 routed port 183.1.107.1/24
   |
   |
   | F0/0 access port vlan 10
SW2
  | F0/1 trunk dot1q
  |
  |
  | F0/1 trunk dot1q
SW3
