OT:AAA on R&S lab

Hi group,

 There are some features that needs aaa or local
authentication/authorization. Ex. menu and views. Enabling these would need
enabling aaa on vty lines.

Do we need to create local admin accounts for the routers even though not
specifically stated ?

Also how do they grade the LAB ? through console...
