Does anyone have detailed directions on password recovery for the IDS 4215?

I've searched the CCO but nothing seems to explain in detail. (I do not know
linux) I can reboot and do cntrl r. This gets me into rommon. Eventually I
would like to upgrade it to IPS software. Below is the rommon output.
