When I studied for version 3 of the exam, I had the INE VOD series at the time. I converted the video's using handbrake, which has iPhone specific output filters and they worked well enough on the 3g. The resolution and processing power of the iPhone 4 is much better, so I imagine it would be quite watchable. It was a little difficult to see some of the router output, but generally easy to follow along with the rest of the content.
