Some symptioms of bugs and code issues can be temporarily fixed through a
reboot.

In older codes (especially < 12.2T) there were plenty of them but now for in
stance in case of a quad zero FR map using a reboot you get rid of it.

* Good to know that IOS-XR is self healing and supports live patching.
