There is virus inside that makes the exchange to send spam, then being
blacklist as a source for spam. i.e. I want to protect myself from being a
spam source.

Are you trying to protect against the traffic being SPAN'd or protect it
from spam? If it's the later, the choice is really to do it outside of the
network or inside, then figure out who/what to use.
