Multicast BGP

I have a 2 SP Networks and Using a inter-as Option C ebgp multihop with
Send-label

For the Multicast traffic from one domain to another, If am using a MSDP
peership
than Do i really need to from a Multicast BGP neighbor
to reach a Multicast source from another Domain

Or will my MSDP peer will do it .....
