Hi Thariq,

You will need to provide TAC with more information:
- Are you absolutely certain you never passed a different CCIE last year,
but it slipped your mind?
- Did you sit the 8 hour, or the rumoured 8760 hour version of the test?
- Do you remember climbing down all the steps when leaving the lab, or just
waking up in the hospital bed with a headache?
