Interesting case. If you followed the entire fiasco, you would have learned
that Terry was a bit of a nut case, who considered himself above the
authority of his employer. Was Terry a Unix admin in a prior life? :) LOL!!
What screwed him was the fact that the city spent a boat load of money
trying to recover access, tying a dollar amount to the damage, thus
allowing them to nail him under computer hacking laws.
